Globe Valve

Application:
It is used in vapor system for hydrophobicity, degassing, nitrogen filling, dosing and sewage disposal.

Structural Features:
◇ The valve body and bonnet are made of integral die-forged parts;

◇ The valve body and bonnet are connected by clamping structure and fixed by stainless steel set screws;

◇ Valve body, disc sealing surface surfacing Stellite carbide, hardness HRC ≥ 40, sealing vice hardness difference  about HRC3-5, surfacing layer thickness 3-5mm;

◇ The valve stem by tempering treatment, the surface by hard nit riding, phosphorus nickel chemical plating or precipitation hardening treatment. Good strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance, scour resistance.

◇ Sealing surface is manually ground and the finish can reach mirror surface with high flatness.
